Origin
Lian Huat Leasing Pte Ltd started as Lian Huat & Co more than 40 years ago as a furniture retail shop at Alexandra Road. Furniture leasing evolved from its initial retail business, in which customers requested flexible payment terms. The growing economy together with Singapore’s open policy for MNCs and increasing mobility of the executives are among the factors that turn furniture leasing into our core business today.

Lian Huat Leasing is dedicated to provide home furnishing solutions for those away from home. We are proud to be able to assist MNCs and their foreign professionals to create a house they can call home in Singapore. We also assist property owners and developers to coordinate, arrange, and set up their apartments to enhance the marketability of their properties. We work hand-in-hand with property agents to assess and fulfil the home furnishing needs of their clients. Last but not least, we also provide office furnishing solutions for entrepreneurs.
