For rental terms of 12 months and below, please visit our online store to make your orders. Upon receiving your order, our Leasing Consultant will be in touch to prepare the Hiring Agreement for your endorsement. Our operating hours are from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday.
Our minimum rental period is 1 month
There is no restriction on the number of furnishings to rent as long as the minimum rental period is fulfilled.
We will provide you with the furniture based on your requirements and budget.
The furniture is supplied from our store of previously rented furniture, all of which are extremely well maintained and refurbished by us. Rest assured that our refurbished furniture are all in excellent condition.
Rental is subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to substitute furniture with other pieces of similar design and value if the selected item is unavailable.
For damages caused by normal wear-and-tear, servicing and maintenance will be borne by the company.
We only collect deposit for rental of more than 6 months. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your rental period, and when all rental payments and rented furniture have been duly received and collected.
Whilst you enjoy our online specials, do note that a deposit is required for rental terms above 3 months.
We accept cash, local cheques, Giro, Credit card transfers (Visa, Mastercard), Bank transfers and Paypal for online orders.
Delivery will be carried out by our in-house Operations team. It is not necessary for you to be present during delivery and collection of furniture. For your convenience, you may arrange for an appointed representative to act on your behalf during delivery and collection. There are no delivery charges for rental periods of more than 6 months. For rental terms of 6 months and below, there is a one-time transportation charge of S$90.00 (excluding GST) for both delivery and pick up of furniture. Should you wish to continue leasing the furniture for an extended period of time, the lease will be automatically renewed for you unless we receive your termination notice.
Send us a written notice of termination and we will arrange for the lease to be cancelled. Please note that if a written notice of termination is not received upon the end date for the Short Term Rental Hiring Agreement, the agreement will be automatically renewed for another month.
