RENTING OUR FURNITURE

For leasing periods of 6 months and under, please make your selections through our Online Store. Upon receiving your order, our Leasing Consultant will get in touch with you to guide you through the details. Alternatively, visit our showroom and we would be happy to show you a more comprehensive range of furnishings. We are open from 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Saturdays.

For longer rental periods of 6 months and above, reach us at +65 6844 1711 or our Visit Showroom form to schedule an appointment.

For your convenience, our minimum rental period is one month.
Of course, as long as the minimum rental period of one month is fulfilled.
If you would like to rent brand new furniture, please inform our Leasing Consultants who will be able to advise further. Otherwise, rest assured that all our furniture pieces undergo a process of maintenance and refurbishment after returning from their former homes, before they are sent out to you.

Please let us know if you are experiencing any issues. If the damage is a result of normal wear-and-tear, we will take care of servicing and maintenance according to terms stated in your contract.

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

A security deposit is only required if the rental period is longer than 6 months. It will be returned to you at the end of your rental period, when all rental payments have been made and rented furniture returned in satisfactory conditions.

For online orders, we accept payments through Stripe. For orders made in person at our showroom, we accept payment through cash, cheque, and credit card (Visa and Master Card).

Our operations team will ensure a safe and seamless delivery to your home at a pre-agreed time slot. If you are unable to be physically present, you may appoint a representative to receive the furniture on your behalf. We provide free delivery for rental periods above 6 months. For rental periods of 6 months and below, a one-time transportation charge of S$120 (excluding GST) for both delivery and pick up of furniture (after rental period) applies.

A lead time of 7 days is required for the preparation of your items. For urgent requests, please contact our Leasing Consultants at +65 68441711.

Please schedule an appointment with our Leasing Consultants for our operations team to pick up the furnishings from your home. If you wish to keep our furnishings beyond the rental period, this can also be arranged at an additional cost.

CONTRACT TERMS

We are so glad to hear that our furniture is serving you well. Please contact our Leasing Consultants and they will help you with the rental extension.
Please send us a written notice of termination at least two months before the end of the rental period, and we will arrange for the lease to be cancelled. Kindly note that if we do not receive a letter from you before the end date of the Short Term Rental Hiring Agreement, the agreement will be automatically renewed for one month.
